corporate facilities

Facilities

You will be staying in the heart of the French Alps and we provide the facilities according to your need. We recommend you use our team to host your event to ensure you have the appropriate service for your business. We then tailor the event to your requirements.

GENERAL;

The Team

AitA provides a team to manage your event. From the logistics to the event planning, we ensure everything runs smoothly from the moment you arrive at the airport to when you return.

The Management Facilities

Many of the chalets and hotels we work with have meeting rooms, presentation equipment, WiFi and other business services. If you need something in particular for your event, we can source it for you.

The Training

We can find the right trainers for your event. Whether you are looking for management and motivation trainers, celebrity speakers or fitness trainers, we can source the right people to meet your business objectives.

ACTIVITIES;

Chalet Facilities

Most of the chalets have saunas and hot tubs and some have a swimming pool. There is usually a communal dining room and a lounge, with cable TV, DVDs and games.

Transport

We can arrange all of your transport throughout the trip. We can cater for 2-100 people so talk to us about your requirements.

Spa Treatments

If you wish to have any form of spa or physiotherapy treatment, we can arrange these for you at the chalet.

Walking

There is fabulous walking from the door of the chalet, for all fitness levels. Whether you want to mosey around the local villages or head up to a mountain top, we provided guided walks or, if you want some time to yourself, talk to us about the best places to go. We can also arrange treasure hunts in the area if you want to get out and about and do some orienteering.

Adventure Assault Course

There are lots of Parcours Aventures in the area, which are similar to Go Apes in the UK. Swing from the trees, cross rope bridges and zip-wire through the forest for a great afternoon of fun and adrenaline.

White Water Rafting / Hydrospeed / Canoe-Raft

Get out and play in the rivers, choose from White Water Rafting in a group, floating down the river on a Hydrospeed to racing your friends in an inflatable canoe. It is the perfect way to enjoy an afternoon in the sunshine in the mountains.

Canyoning

Shoot down natural rock-slides, abseil down cliff faces and jump in to mountain pools. Following the river downstream, canyoning takes you in to the wild places for some extreme fun. Guides and equipment are provided and this is a great way to get to know your customers.

Mountain Biking

There are 1000s of km of bike trails through the Alps. You can choose to follow a flat path along the river or head up to the ski lifts and hurtle downhill. We provided guided mountain bike rides or can advise you where to go to have fun. Bikes and equipment can all be hired locally.

Horse Riding

There are riding schools or places to hack out through the valley. If you want to head in to the mountains for the day, we can arrange hacks for all riding standards. Guides and equipment are provided.

Paragliding

There is nothing as magical in the world as soaring above the mountains like an eagle on a tandem paraglide flight. We highly recommend you have a go whilst you are with us. The instructors we use are all fully qualified so you’re in the best hands.

Climbing

There is some fabulous climbing in the area. Climbing is great fun for all of the family and you can be sure of a good work out. Take a guide and head out to the local climbs for beginners through to advanced climbers.

Swimming

There is usually a pool very close to the chalet. There is also a local swimming lake and we recommend a visit to Annecy Lake, the cleanest lake in Europe for open water swimming and relaxing in the sunshine.

Cycling

We are surrounded by cols made infamous by the Tour de France. There is no better place to hone your cycling skills than in the French Alps. We take you out for a day to drop you in Italy and let you ride home over the pass back to France.
