Food

If you are on one of our retreats or full board packages, we provide almost all of your meals for you. Our menus are prepared by the retreat trainer and/or a sports nutritionist to provide you with healthy, delicious food to suit your needs.

We also source all of our food locally and freshly prepare it every day to ensure you have a taste of France whilst you are with us.

On a full-board basis we provide;

Breakfast; a continental buffet-style breakfast every morning with fresh fruit and Bircher Muesli. We also provide a cooked option most mornings such as boiled or scrambled eggs or buckwheat pancakes.

Lunch; if you are in the chalet, lunch is usually a salad or buffet style affair with local meats and cheeses. If you are out and about, we provide you with a healthy pack lunch to keep you going for the afternoon.

Afternoon Tea; we provide fruit, smoothies and (occasionally) delicious low-fat / low-sugar cakes for afternoon tea, with normal and herbal teas.

Dinner; dinner is a 3-course affair with starter, main course and pudding. We also provide local wines with dinner. Our menus include items such as fresh melon and raspberry coulis, followed by grilled spicy, salmon on a bed of fresh spinach and basmati rice, followed by home-made sorbets and fresh fruit.

We also provide training snacks and drinks whilst you are training.

On the last night we go out for dinner and this is not included in the price of the retreat. We use a local restaurant where the price of the meal is circa €35 per head with wine.

If you have a dietary requirement we can usually provide for it. Please let us know before you arrive.
