The week-long running retreat was fantastic; I enjoyed quality training sessions in a stunning setting and basked in 30 plus degree sunshine. I stayed in a luxurious chalet and ate meals fit for a king. Best of all, I got the opportunity to meet and befriend the eight other runners on the camp and our wonderful coaches, Liz and Martin Yelling. Will I be back next year? Definitely! Cormac Delahunty, 2011

AitA introduced me to Haute Provence and Andy Goldsworthy on their Walking Tour around Dignes Les Bains, both were new to me. Whilst we walked I learnt so much about the landscape and its formation, the wildlife and the fauna. It was stunning. The highlight has to have been my night in the refuge, trotting up the hill, gathering wood to build the fire and seeing the beautiful stars. What a sense of achievement. It was just lovely and I could have stayed longer! I was so well looked after I felt cocooned and cared for, excercised and well fed and I had fun! I am now spreading the word and planning a new trip. Anna Miller, 2011

When I spent my first few days training out in the Alps with AitA, I couldn’t believe the beauty of the place. It took my breath away, quite literally. Around every bend there is a view to die for and the fresh air just makes you feel alive and motivates you to train harder. Its an awesome place that I wish I had known about while I was competing as I would have been there every year”! Dean Macey, British Decathlete and Personal Trainer

The holiday was excellent! Exceeded all my expectations ÔÇô great skiing, great food, excellent company, relaxed, friendly, fun atmosphere, and the hosts are such lovely people. You don’t do yourself justice on you websiteÔǪ there was so much more to the actual experience that what you take credit for! Simona Batakyte

Having skied for many years, the experience I had with Adventure in the Alps was without doubt one of the most positive I can ever remember. The organisation , the service , the accomodation and most importantly the quality of the service we were given were all five star. Pip Watkins who chaperoned our party, was well organised and made the effort to go well beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a fabulous time. The food was first class. We would recommend Adventures In the Alps to any one who wants a great experience and faultless service. Adrian Hitchenor, Hitchenor Wakeford, March 2011

‘Adventures in the Alps organised a long weekend skiing for us. They arranged our accommodation and gave helpful advice on fights, car hire and ski passes/ rental. Thanks to this we were on the slopes by 2pm. Our host came to meet us and pointed out some great restaurants and ski-hosted on the slopes and giving us some local knowledge on where to ski. I’d have no hesitation recommending AitA for a holiday. Vicky Vine, January 2011
